摘　　要：针对国内外目前现有的自动供送装置,存在体积大、成本高、效率低等问题,本文设计了一种芯体定位装配及运送装置,以此来改进目前现有自动供送装置存在的这些问题。对芯体定位装配及运送装置中的芯体的装夹模具、芯体与模具的装配装置、芯体运送装置等部分进行了结构设计并对其中的主要执行机构机械爪进行了设计计算。最后通过本设计的芯体定位装配及运送装置中的模块化设计思想和关键结构设计,解决了现有自动供送装置体积庞大、效率低的问题。In view of the problems in existing automatic feeding device at home and abroad,such as large volume,high cost,low efficiency and so on,this paper designs a core body positioning,assembly and transportation device.The structures of the core body clamping mould,the assembly device of the core body and the mould,and the core body transportation device are designed,and the main actuator,the mechanical claw,is designed and calculated.Finally,through the modular design idea and the key structure design of the core body positioning,assembly and transportation device,the problems of large volume and low efficiency of the existing automatic feeding device are solved.
