摘　　要：社区协商是协商民主理论在我国基层社区治理中的生动实践,是具有中国特色的社会主义协商民主制度。通过近几年的探索实践,我国的社区协商制度建设已取得一定的成效,对推进我国基层民主产生了积极的影响。同时也存在着一些问题影响了社区协商效果的呈现,解决的关键是要对社区协商制度进行科学系统的设计,让这一民主形式能够制度化、程序化、规范化,并成为基层社区治理的重要一环。Community consultation is a vivid practice of Deliberative Democracy Theory in China's grassroots community governance,and a socialist deliberative democracy system with Chinese characteristics.Through the exploration and practice in recent years,the construction of community consultation system in China has achieved certain results,which has a positive impact on the promotion of grassroots democracy in China.At the same time,there are also some problems that affect the presentation of the effect of community consultation.The key to solve this problem is to design the community consultation system scientifically and systematically,so that this democratic form can be institutionalized,proceduralized and standardized,and become an important part of grassroots community governance.
