基于12例微博维权事件的情感动员定性比较分析

摘　　要：受社交媒体技术发展和线下维权渠道受阻等因素影响,微博维权成为当前我国公民特殊而有效的维权形式。以近两年来12个新浪微博维权事件为案例,运用定性比较分析方法(QCA)对微博维权事件在网络舆论中的情感动员进行系统分析发现:围观网民的愤怒情绪在微博维权事件的发展上起关键作用。微博维权事件的情感动员在机制层面首先是通过建构悲情身份与悲惨情境对网民的情感进行唤起,其次是引发群体认同与群体情绪的情感扩散,再次是触发共意动员与集体行为的情感爆发,最后通过舆情促成维权目的的实现。情感动员中不同的条件路径组合会带来不同的社会效应,因此需要科学理性地对其进行引导。Influenced by the development of social media and the obstruction of offline rights protection channels,microblog has become a special and effective form of rights protection for Chinese citizens.Taking 12 rights protection events of Sinamicroblog in the past two years as cases,this paper systematically analyzes the emotional mobilization of rights protection events in the network public opinion by using qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)method,and finds that the anger of netizens watching the rights protection events in microblog plays a key role.On the mechanism level,the emotional mobilization of rights protection events in microblog is firstly to arouse the emotions of netizens by constructing tragic identity and tragic situation,secondly to trigger the emotional diffusion of group identity and emotion,third to trigger the emotional outbreak of common intention mobilization and collective behavior,and finally to promote the realization of the purpose of rights protection through public opinion.Different combinations of conditional paths in emotional mobilization will bring about different social effects,so it is necessary to guide them scientifically and rationally.
