摘  要:以3年生露地栽培的‘夏黑’葡萄为试材,分别在开花期、坐果期、果实膨大期及转色期喷施不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液,探究其对‘夏黑’葡萄成熟期叶绿素荧光参数及果实品质的影响。结果表明,亚硒酸钠明显提高了‘夏黑’葡萄的叶绿素含量,40 mg/L处理效果最佳,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量及类胡萝卜素含量较对照分别提高了30.43%、29.03%、30.08%、47.83%;40 mg/L亚硒酸钠处理可明显降低葡萄叶片的初始荧光(Fo),提高最大荧光产量(Fm)、PSII初级光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)。对‘夏黑’葡萄品质的影响方面,40 mg/L处理对粒质量、可溶性固形物、固酸比和Vc含量影响显著,分别较对照增加8.815%、5.27%、6.14%和7.52%,且果实的商品性佳。Three years old'Summer Black'grapevine was used as test material in open cultivated field,sprayed with different concentrations sodium selenite at four stages of flowering,fruit setting,fruit expandingand fruit color changing,to explore the effects of sodium selenite on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and fruit quality of'Summer Black'grape.The results showed that sodium selenite significantly increased the pigment content of'Summer Black'grape,40 mg/L sodium selenite was the best treatment,Chla,Chlb,Chla+Chlb and carotenoids content were significantly increased by 30.43%,29.03%,30.08%and 47.83%compared with CK.40 mg/L sodium selenite treatment could significantly reduce Fo,increase Fm,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,40 mg/L treatment also was the most significant.On the quality effect of'Summer Black'grape,40 mg/L sodium selenite had the best effect on improving the quality of'Summer Black'grape.The single berry weight,soluble protein content,solid acid ratio and Vc content were significantly increased by 8.81%,5.27%,6.14%and 7.52%respectively,grape had best commercial quality.
