摘 要:通过分析17个葡萄砧木品种的光合与叶绿素荧光特性,来评价葡萄砧木的抗旱性。以17个多年生葡萄砧木品种为材料进行干旱胁迫处理,观测其新梢生长量,测定比较其光合与叶绿素荧光参数,并结合主成分分析法对各品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,‘5BB’的新梢和第4节间的生长量最大,‘贝达’的第1节间生长量最大,‘1103P’的第3节间和第5节间生长量最大。‘1103P’‘河岸10号’‘河岸9号’和‘5BB’具有较大的Pn、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、Fv/Fo以及较小的NPQ。运用主成分分析得出17个葡萄砧木抗旱能力强弱顺序为:5BB>1103P>河岸10号>河岸9号>河岸2号>3309C>1613C>山河4号>贝达>Dogrizdge>河岸7号>山河1号>山河3号>Glorie>河岸4号>101-14MG>Ganzia。The photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of 17 grape rootstock varieties were analyzed for evaluating drought resistance of grape rootstocks.The perennial field vines of 17 grape rootstock varieties were treated with drought stress and their photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured and compared,the drought resistance of grape rootstocks was evaluated by principal component analysis.The results showed that,the growth of new branches and 4th internode of'5BB'was the largest,the growth of 1st internode of'Bata'was the largest,and the growth of 3rd and 5th internode of'1103P'were larger.1103P,Riparia#10,Riparia#9 and 5BB had higher Pn,Fv/Fm,ΦPSII and Fv/Fo,and smaller NPQ.By using principal component analysis,the order of drought resistance of 17 grape rootstock varieties was as follows:5BB>1103P>Hean-10>Hean-9>Hean-2>3309C>1613C>Shanhe-4>Beta>Dogridge>Hean-7>Shanhe-1>Shanhe-3>Glorie>Hean-4>101-14MG>Ganzia.
