摘  要:利用赤霉素(GA_(3))、吡效隆(CPPU)等植物生长调节剂,设置36个组合处理,以筛选适宜北京地区‘瑞都红玉’葡萄的无核化处理方法,为其进行无核化栽培提供参考。结果表明,不同处理的无核率、果粒大小、果梗粗、果刷长等效果不同。从果实综合性状来看,较优方案为:在盛花末期用GA_(3)50 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L浸花穗,12 d后再用GA_(3)50 mg/L+CPPU 5 mg/L浸果穗,可获得商品性较好且无核率较高的优质果品。表现为果粒均匀,口感好,果梗增粗及硬化程度低,无核率达97.33%。可在华北气候相近地区‘瑞都红玉’生产中应用。In order to screen a suitable seedlessness cultivation of'Ruidu Hongyu'grape in Beijing area,36 different combinations and concentrations of plant growth regulator such as gibberellin(GA_(3))and pyrilon(CPPU)were set up to carry out the experiment.The results showed that the seedless rate,berry weight,fruit stem diameter and brush length were different in 36 treatments.Optimal treatment was the application of GA_(3)50 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L at the end of full flowering period,and the application of GA_(3)50 mg/L+CPPU 5 mg/L at 12 days later.This treatment could result in uniform berries of clusters,better quality of fruit and low degree of pedicel hardening,and the berry seedless rate could reach 97.33%.It can be used for reference in'Ruidu Hongyu'production in North China with similar climate.
