摘 要:广州增城燃气冷热电三联供项目是国内率先投运的H级燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组工程。机组采用“1+1”多轴方案,配置低位布置的西门子SGT 5-8000H型燃机和低位布置、侧排汽的西门子SST 5-5000型汽机。设计院与主机厂进行深入协作,开发并成功实施“H级联合循环低位多轴双跨联合主厂房”方案,该方案规避单纯对称或简单顺列布置的弊端,成为该类型机组新的优化“典型布置”方案。根据燃机、汽机、发电机等主要设备的检修要求,结合低位双跨联合主厂房布置特点,对主要设备检修方案、主厂房行车配置等进行论述,提出适合“H级联合循环低位多轴双跨联合主厂房”的典型检修起吊设计方案。Guangzhou Zengcheng Gas CCHP Project is the first domestic H class gas-steam combined cycle power plant.“1+1”multi-shaft configuration,low-level arranged Siemens SGT5-8000H Gas turbine generator unit and low-level arranged steam side exhausting Siemens SST5-5000 Steam turbine generator unit are adopted.After indepth collaboration with Siemens and innovations have been put into practice,the“Low-level Arranged Double Span Structure Main Building for Multi-shaft H-class CCPP”was successfully developed and implemented by the Design Institute.This scheme avoids the shortcomings of simple symmetrical or simple in-line layout,and becomes a new optimized“typical layout”plan.According to the maintenance requirements of gas turbine,steam turbine and generator,combined with layout characteristics of low-level arranged double span structure main building,the maintenance plan of main equipment and crane configuration are discussed in detail,and a typical maintenance and hoist scheme suitable for low-level arranged double span structure main building is proposed.It provides a reference for similar project designs.
