摘 要:某新建电厂低加疏水泵系统启动投运过程中会出现因汽蚀造成的泵体振动及转子抱死问题。根据低加疏水泵系统管道、阀门、测点设计特点,优化系统调节、控制逻辑,即通过修改启泵时低加疏水泵再循环最小开度要求、再循环调阀和出口调阀开度的耦合调节,实现机组在30%以上负荷7号低压加热器水位自动控制,解决低加疏水泵启动汽蚀问题。The vibration of pump body and rotor locking caused by cavitation occurred during the start-up and operation of the low pressure drain pump system in a newly built power plant.According to the design features of the pipe,valve,measuring point of the drain pump system,regulation and control logic of the system is optimized.The minimum starting recirculation requirement of the low pressure drain pump is modified and coupling regulation of recirculation adjusting valve and outlet adjusting valve is used to achieve the automatic water level control of the No.7 low pressure heater with load above 30%rated load.The cavitation problem of the low pressure drain pump is solved.
