摘　　要：探针测试台测试晶圆效率的高低与步进精度、工作台控制的方法、稳定性及快捷性密切相关。介绍了探针测试台X-Y工作台常见类型和电机控制的一般原则,并提供了解决方案。The wafer efficiency of probe test bench is closely related to the step accuracy and the method,stability and rapidity of the workbench control.This paper introduces the common types of X-Y worktable of probe test bench and the general principle of motor control,and gives the solution.
