某院全自动单剂量药品分包机串联药品自动核对机调剂模式的应用分析

摘　　要：目的提高口服药品自动化调剂和人工核对的效率,杜绝人工核对造成的漏检现象,降低药师工作强度,保障患者用药的准确性。方法结合医院药房工作情况,比较全自动单剂量药品分包机(ATC)串联自动核对机(MDM)调剂模式(ATC-MDM串联调剂模式)和人工核对药品的工作模式、调配时间、速度、药品外差率、错误药袋识别准确度等,收集2020年10月1日~2021年3月31日检验药袋总包数931493包,错误药袋自动检测率达100%,误报警率0%,真报警总数1992包,真报警率达0.21%。结果与结论相比单一ATC调剂模式,ATC-MDM串联调剂模式整个包药、检测、核对、修改、分发的过程都有电子记录,形成了完整的数据链。自动记录在系统的数据库中,方便药师随时调阅查看。ATC-MDM串联调剂模式有效提高了整个口服药品自动化调剂的效率,降低了调剂差错率,有助于提高药师工作效率,从而保障了患者的用药准确、安全、有效。Objective To improve the efficiency of automatic dispensing and manual checking of oral drugs,eliminate the phenomenon of missing inspection caused by manual checking,reduce the work intensity of pharmacists,and ensure the accuracy of medication for patients.Methods Combined with the working conditions of hospital pharmacies,the dispensing mode of automatic single-dose drug dispensing machine(ATC-MDM serial dispensing mode)and the working mode,dispensing time,speed,drug heterodyne rate and identification accuracy of wrong drug bags were compared,and 931,493 packages of drug bags were collected from October 1,2020 to March 31,2021,the automatic detection rate of wrong drug bags is 100%,the false alarm rate is 0%,the total number of true alarms is 1992,accounting for 0.21%.Results and Conclusion Compared with single ATC dispensing mode,ATC-MDM series dispensing mode has electronic records of the whole process of drug packaging,testing,checking,modifying and distributing,forming a complete data link.Automatically recorded in the database of the system,which is convenient for pharmacists to access at any time.ATC-MDM series dispensing mode can effectively improve the efficiency of automatic dispensing of oral drugs,reduce the dispensing error rate,and help to improve the work efficiency of pharmacists,thus ensuring the accuracy,safety and effectiveness of patients'medication.
