摘 要:光学相干断层成像(Optical Coherence Tomography,OCT)是一种通过低相干光干涉作用,利用样品背散/反射光与参考光相干的非侵入性的新型成像技术,可提供具有微米级分辨率的三维立体实时扫描图像,能够对活体生物组织内部的微观结构进行高分辨率的横断面层析成像。目前,OCT技术已作为诊断眼科视网膜疾病的金标准,而OCT技术结合内窥镜技术已成为临床上心血管疾病诊断的重要工具,为了进一步拓宽OCT技术的临床应用范围和提高医疗诊断水平,研究人员正致力于深入OCT在呼吸道等腔道领域的开发与运用,为疾病早期诊断、手术指导及术后康复提供有效依据。本文主要论述了OCT系统的原理及其在不同医学领域的应用及最新进展,对促进光谱成像新技术在医学领域的发展具有重要意义。Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is a new non-invasive imaging technology based on the principle of low coherent light interference and the coherence of sample backscattered/reflected light and reference light.It can provide three-dimensional real-time scanning images with micron resolution,which perform high-resolution cross-sectional tomography on the microstructure of living biological tissue.At present,OCT technology has become the gold standard for the diagnosis of ophthalmic retinal diseases,which combined with endoscope technology has become an important tool for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.In order to further broaden the clinical application scope of OCT technology and improve the level of medical diagnosis,researchers are committed to the development and application of OCT in respiratory tract,reproductive tract and skin,to provide effective basis for early diagnosis,operation guidance and postoperative rehabilitation.This paper mainly discusses the principle of OCT system and its application and latest progress in different medical fields,which is of great significance to promote the development of spectral imaging technology combined with medical field.
