当归芍药汤配合穴位按摩治疗老年功能性便秘的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究当归芍药汤配合穴位按摩治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法选取68例老年功能性便秘患者,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=34)和研究组(n=34)。对照组采用乳果糖口服液治疗,研究组于对照组基础上加用当归芍药汤联合穴位按摩治疗。对比两组不良反应发生情况、治疗前、治疗结束后排便次数、便秘症状(PAC-SYM评分)、生活质量(PAC-QOL)变化情况及治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率(97.06%)高于对照组(76.47%)(P<0.05);两组治疗结束后粪便性状、直肠症状、腹部症状各维度分值均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗结束后排便次数均多于治疗前,且研究组多于对照组,PAC-QOL分值均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比,研究组(8.82%)与对照组(2.94%)无显著差异(P>0.05),且两组不良反应均为轻微反应,未对治疗造成影响。结论采用当归芍药汤联合穴位按摩治疗老年功能性便秘患者的疗效显著,能进一步减轻患者便秘症状,增加排便次数,提高生活质量,安全性高。Objective To study the clinical effect of Danggui Shaoyao Decoction combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of senile functional constipation.Methods 68 elderly patients with functional constipation in our hospital were divided into control group(n=34)and research group(n=34)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid,while the research group was treated with Danggui Shaoyao Decoction combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of adverse reactions,defecation times before and after treatment,constipation symptoms(PAC-SYM score),quality of life(PAC-QOL)and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(76.47%)(P<0.05);the scores of fecal traits,rectal symptoms and abdominal symptoms of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the defecation frequency of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the PAC-QOL scores in the reseatch group were lower than those in the control group before treatment(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group(8.82%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(2.94%)(P>0.05),and the adverse reactions in both groups were mild and had no effect on the treatment.Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao Decoction combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with functional constipation,which can further alleviate the symptoms of constipation,increase the number of defecation,improve the quality of life,and have high safety.
