摘　　要：全面从严治党要求各级党组织要担负起主体责任,高校基层党组织是廉洁教育的重要实施载体,大学生党员廉洁教育是高校党员培育教育管理的关键组成部分。文章从分析新时代大学生党员廉洁教育的当代价值切入,结合新时代大学生党员廉洁教育面临的现实困境,探讨通过加强顶层设计,健全教育体系,夯实理论基石;丰富拓展内容,改革创新方法,灵活设计载体;推进教育系统,顺应时代诉求,强化教育评价等优化策略,提升高校新时代大学生党员廉洁教育的吸引力和实效性。Strictly administering the party requires party organizations at all levels to shoulder the main responsibilities.The primary party organization in colleges and universities is an important carrier of integrity education.The integrity education of college student party members is a key component of the education and management of college party members.This paper starts from the analysis of the contemporary value of the incorruptible education of college students'party members in the new era,combining with the practical difficulties faced by the incorruptible education of college students'party members in the new era.Optimization strategies,by discussing to strengthen the top-level design,improving the education system,consolidating the theoretical cornerstone,enriching and expanding content,reforming and innovating methods,designing carriers flexibly,promoting the education system,complying with the demands of the times,strengthening education evaluation,enhance the attractiveness and effectiveness of the incorruptible education of college students'party members in the new era.
