公共广播系统与应急广播有线覆盖网对接技术研究

摘　　要：本文通过公共广播系统与苏州市应急广播有线覆盖网有效结合,实现了应急广播消息更大范围的覆盖,切实避免或减轻了突发事件对公众的伤害。通过现场调研和数据分析,确定了具有协议适配的主流广播品牌,并制定了完整的协议适配器软件开发方案,该方案适配三套协议和模拟适配功能。该项目采用试点验证再逐步推广的思路,已经实现了上百个单位公共广播系统纳入应急广播有线覆盖范围。Through effective combination of public broadcasting system and Suzhou emergency broadcast cable coverage network, this paper realizes wider coverage of emergency broadcasting messages, and effectively avoided or mitigated the harm caused by emergencies to the public. Through on-site investigation and data analysis, mainstream broadcast brand with protocol adaptation is determined, and a complete protocol adapter software development scheme is formulated, which is adapted to three sets of protocols and analog adaptation functions. Using the idea of pilot verification and gradual promotion, hundreds of public broadcasting systems have been included in the coverage of emergency broadcast cable coverage network.
