基于国际通行规则的北京市能流和能源效率分析

摘  要:对区域能源流动过程进行定量系统分析,能够科学描述一定时空范围内能源与经济社会、生态环境之间的内在联系机制,有助于提出相应的政策与技术调控对策。采用国际通行桑基图对区域层面开展能流分析,以北京市为研究对象,分析评估北京市2019年能源系统输入输出状态和能源利用效率,结果表明,北京市能源对外依存度高达96%,发电的绝大部分为火力发电,火电发电效率为45.65%,与经合组织国家发电效率基本相当,距离欧盟等发达国家仍有差距。交通部门在终端能源消费比重偏高占39.27%,超过经合组织国家平均值约5个百分点,实施北京城市交通部门的节能低碳战略势在必行。北京市2019年能源生产加工转换效率77.4%,终端利用效率56.8%,能源效率为42.1%,进一步考虑能源开采效率,能源系统的总效率仅为15.3%。下一步从提高能源开发利用效率角度,北京市需要强化能源消费结构中传统化石能源向清洁能源和可再生能源转化。Quantitative and systematic analysis of regional energy flow process can scientifically describe the internal connection between energy,economy,society and ecological environment within a certain range of time and space,and help to propose corresponding policy and technological control countermeasures.This paper analyzed the energy flow in Beijing by the intemational convention method of Sankey diagram,and evaluates the input-output pattern of energy system and energy efficiency of Beijing in 2019.The results showed that the external energy dependence of Beijing was as high as 96%.The vast majority of the power generation was thermal power with generation efficiency of 45.65%,which was basically equivalent to the power generation efficiency of OECD countries.But it still lagged behind the European Union and other developed countries.The transportation sector accounted for 39.27% of the total energy consumption,about 5 percentage points higher than the average of OECD countries.Therefore,it is imperative to impleme nt energy-saving and low-carbon strategy in Beijing's urban transportation sect or.In 2019,the conversion efficiency of energy production and processing was 77.4 percent,the end-use energy efficiency was 56.8 percent,and the energy efficiency was 42.1 percent.Taking further into account the efficiency of energy extraction,the total efficiency of the energy system is 15.3%.In order to improve the efficiency of energy development and utilization,Beijing needs to strengthen the transformation from traditional fossil fuels to clean energy and renewable energy.
