摘 要:随着工程中对三绕组高频变压器的需求逐渐增多,准确计算三绕组高频变压器电磁参数并对其结构进行优化设计具有重要的工程价值。根据三绕组高频变压器结构,推导了中间位置绕组的交流电阻系数计算式。求解得到三绕阻高频变压器中压绕组区域漏磁能量大小,用以计算高低压绕组间漏电感。使用自由参数扫描法进行设计的过程中,采取给定高压绕组初始位置进行迭代计算的方式,实现同时对三绕组高频变压器2个漏电感进行控制。按照最优设计方案制作了一台5kHz/7kVA三绕组高频变压器样机,通过仿真分析与试验测试验证了计算方法与设计方案的有效性。With the increasing demand for three-winding high-frequency transformers in engineering, it is of great engineering value to accurately calculate the electromagnetic parameters of the three-winding high-frequency transformers and optimize their design. According to the structure of a three-winding high-frequency transformer, the calculation formula of the AC resistance factor of the windings arranged in the middle position is derived. Then the magnetic leakage energy in the medium voltage winding area of the three-winding high-frequency transformer is obtained, which is used to calculate the leakage inductance between the high and the low voltage windings. In the design using the free parameter scanning method, the initial position of the high-voltage winding is given first and next the iterative calculation is performed to realize the simultaneous control of two leakage inductances of the three-winding high-frequency transformer. A prototype of a 5 kHz/7 kVA three-winding high-frequency transformer is produced according to the optimal design scheme. The validity of the calculation method and the design scheme is verified by the simulation analysis and the experimental test.
