摘 要:随着采出液含水不断上升,渤海油田稳油控水需求日趋增加。“双微改善”复合调驱体系有望同时增加微观波及体积、提高微观驱油效率,改善油田开发效果。本文通过MMI和MSI的相互影响及协同效应探讨了BMIS的驱油机理。MSI在BMIS体系中水化膨胀10d后粒径膨胀了2.39倍。MMI浓度为1600mg·L^(-1)、原油与BMIS溶液比为3∶7时,原油降粘率达92.17%。BMIS中MSI的膨胀率、MMI对原油降粘率较单组分单独存在时均有所降低。SEM观察结果显示,MMI可吸附于MSI颗粒上并使MSI微观网络结构更稀疏、连接骨架更光滑。BMIS提高采收率的幅度(9.79%OOIP)明显优于两种改善剂分段塞先、后注入时的效果。BMIS技术在稠油油藏开发中具有广阔的应用前景。As the water cut rises fleetly,the demand for stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut in Bohai Oilfield is increasing.A bi-micro-improving composite system(BMIS)consisted of micro-structure improver(MSI)and micro-mobility improver(MMI)was proposed to improve the micro-structure of reservoir and heavy oil-water mobility at the same time.Properties of MSI and MMI in DMIS were researched.The mechanism of DMIS was discussed from the mutual influence and synergy effect of MMI and MSI.The diameter expansion of MSI in BMIS was about 2.39 times after hydration expansion for 10 days.When the MMI concentration was 1600mg·L^(-1),the viscosity reduction rate was up to 92.17%when the proportion of the crude oil from F oilfield and BMIS solution was 3∶7.Both the expanding ratio of MSI and the crude oil viscosity reduction effect of MMI decreased in BMIS.Through the SEM observing,MMI adsorbed on the particles of MSI made the micro-network structure sparse and the connection skeleton finer.The BMIS flooding improved 9.79%OOIP which was greatly than the method of multi-slug with each single improver.BMIS will be a promising technique for heavy oil reservoir.
