摘  要:本文在简述印刷电路板树脂基板材料的基础上,论述了国内外废旧印刷电路板树脂基板回收工艺的研究现状和发展,总结了现有印刷电路板树脂基板回收利用工艺的优缺点。大量文献报道显示,超临界溶剂法回收印刷电路板能有效提高印刷电路板基板的回收与再利用,同时极大地减少对环境的污染,将会成为未来废旧印刷电路板回收方法的主要发展方向。Based on the classification of PCB resin substrate materials,the research status and development of the recovery technology of used PCB resin substrate were discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing recovery technology of PCB resin substrate are also summarized.A large number of literature reports showed that the supercritical solvent recovery of printed circuit board could effectively improve the recovery and reuse of printed circuit board substrate,and greatly reduced the environmental pollution,thus it will become the main development direction of the future recovery of waste printed circuit board.
