摘 要:在钻井作业中,钻井液侵入地层会造成储层污染,从而增加钻井作业的成本。钻井液浸泡井壁时,会在壁面上堆积滤饼,可以减少这种入侵。然而,为了更好的固井作业,并消除生产阶段对油气流动的限制,滤饼之后必须去除。以重晶石、钛铁矿、CaCO_(3)、Mn_(3)O_(4)等为加重材料的水基滤饼的去除面临着主要的挑战。由于聚合物破胶剂与去除液不相容,许多滤饼的去除过程是多阶段的,因此,需要进行更多的研究,来找到与去除液兼容的酶。并且还需开展更多的研究,以调查滤饼内部存在的碳酸盐或砂岩颗粒对去除率的影响。In drilling operations,the intrusion of drilling fluid into the formation will cause reservoir pollution,which will increase the cost of drilling operations.This intrusion is reduced by the accumulation of filter cakes on the surface of the well as the drilling fluid soaks up the wall.However,the filter cake had to be removed later for better cementing operations and to remove constraints on hydrocarbon flow during the production phase.The main challenge is to remove water-based filter cakes with heavy materials such as barite,ilmenite,calcium carbonate and manganese tetroxide.Since polymer gel-breakers are incompatible with removal fluids,many filter cake removal processes are multi-stage,so more research is needed to find enzymes that are compatible with removal fluids.Further research is needed to investigate the effect of the presence of carbonate or sandstone particles inside the filter cake on the removal rate.
