摘 要:新标准HJ 637-2018使用萃取剂四氯乙烯代替四氯化碳测定水中油类。如何回收该含油废液中四氯乙烯目前少有研究。本文采用旋转蒸发法单因素和正交实验研究了水质测定油类废液中四氯乙烯的回收。较佳回收条件(温度60.0℃,系统压强3.37~3.50kPa,转速90r·min^(-1))下,收率可达98%以上。产品折光率与四氯乙烯标准品吻合;紫外光谱、红外光谱与四氯乙烯标准品几乎无差别。In the new standard HJ 637-2018 of environmental industry,the extractant tetrachloroethylene was used to determine oil in water,instead of carbon tetrachloride.There were few studies on recovering tetrachloroethylene from the waste liquid.The recovery of tetrachloroethylene from oil waste liquid was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment with rotary evaporation method.The recovery rate was over 98%under the optimum conditions(the system pressure 3.37~3.50kPa,temperature 60.0℃and rotating speed 90r·min^(-1)).The refractive index of the product was consistent with tetrachloroethylene standard;the UV and IR spectra of the product were almost the same as those of tetrachloroethylene standard.
