摘　　要：目的通过对天津市某汽车天窗生产项目进行职业卫生现场调查、检测、分析与评价,为企业职业病危害预防与控制提供依据。方法2019年3月试运行阶段,对项目进行职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生现场检测,通过现场管理情况以及检测结果,针对企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果劳动者接触的正庚烷、噪声等检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值的要求,但岗位噪声超标率为55.5%。结论建设项目属于职业病危害较重的项目,建设单位应按控制效果评价报告提出的建议进行整改,通过整改后基本达到了建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收条件。企业在今后的职业卫生管理工作中应严格按照职业卫生相关的法律法规执行。Objective To provide a basis for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in the enterprise through the occupational health field investigation,testing,analysis and evaluation of an automobile sunroof production project in Tianjin.Methods In the trial operation stage on March,2019,the occupational health field investigation and occupational health field test were carried out on the project.The occupational disease control effect of the enterprise was evaluated based on the field management and test results.Results The test results of n-heptane and noise that workers were exposed to met the requirements of the national occupational exposure limit,but the over-standard rate of post noise was 55.5%.Conclusion The construction project is a project with serious occupational disease hazards,and the construction unit should carry out rectification in accordance with the recommendations in the control and evaluation report.After the rectification,the conditions for the completion and acceptance of the construction project’s occupational disease protection facilities are basically met.The future occupational health management work of enterprises should strictly follow the laws and regulations related to occupational health.
