摘  要:目的监测云南省某市出厂水饮用水中三卤甲烷类消毒副产物水平,评价人群通过饮水途径可能引起的健康风险。方法依据GB/T 5750—2006《生活饮用水标准检测方法》对2017—2019年云南省某市政水厂出厂水中三卤甲烷进行监测,利用美国国家环保局(United States Environmental Protection Agency,USEPA)推荐的健康风险模型进行风险评价。结果饮用水三卤甲烷类物质(三氯甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、二氯一溴甲烷、三溴甲烷)含量均低于GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》规定的标准限值。三氯甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、二氯一溴甲烷、三溴甲烷致癌风险范围分别为3.87×10^(-7)~1.13×10^(-5)、4.20×10^(-7)~1.29×10^(-5)、1.03×10^(-6)~2.53×10^(-5)、7.90×10^(-7)~8.06×10^(-7),二氯一溴甲烷对饮水途径致癌风险贡献最大;非致癌健康危害指数分别为6.34×10^(-3)~1.86×10-1、2.50×10^(-4)~7.65×10^(-3)、8.34×10^(-4)~2.04×10^(-2)、5.00×10^(-3)~5.10×10^(-3),非致癌健康危害风险中三氯甲烷占最大比例。结论云南省某市三卤甲烷通过饮水途径所致的致癌风险和非致癌风险均可接受。Objective To monitor the levels of disinfection by-product of trihalomethanes in finished water in a city of Yunnan Province,evaluate the possible health risk of drinking water.Methods The trihalomethanes in the finished water from a municipal waterwork in Yunnan Province from 2017-2019 were monitored according to the Standard test method for drinking water GB/T5750-2006,and the health risk model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)was used for risk assessment.Results The contents of trihalomethanes(trichloromethane,dichlorodibromomethane,dichlorodibromomethane,tribromomethane)in drinking water were lower than the standard limits specified in the Hygienic standard for drinking water GB5749-2006.The carcinogenic risk range of chloroform,dichlorodibromomethane,dichlorodibromomethane and tribromomethane were 3.87×10^(-7)-1.13×10^(-5),4.20×10^(-7)-1.29×10^(-5),1.03×10^(-6)-2.53×10^(-5) and 7.90×10^(-7)-8.06×10^(-7),respectively.And dichloro-bromomethane contributed the most to the carcinogenic risk of drinking water route.The non carcinogenic health hazard indexes were6.34×10^(-3)-1.86×10-1,2.50×10^(-4)-7.65×10^(-3),8.34×10^(-4)-2.04×10^(-2) and 5.00×10^(-3)-5.10×10^(-3),respectively.Chloroform accounted for the largest proportion of non carcinogenic health hazards.Conclusion The carcinogenic risk and non carcinogenic risk of trihalomethanes through drinking water in the city of Yunnan Province are acceptable.
