摘  要:目的了解信息-动机-行为技巧(information-motivation-behavioral skills model,IMB)健康教育模型在社区老年糖尿病患者健康素养中的干预效果。方法2020年10—12月,采用随机数字法,选取安阳市社区120例符合条件的老年糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(60例)和干预组(60例)。对照组按照社区老年糖尿病常规健康教育方法进行干预,干预组实施IMB模型健康教育的干预,干预前后用《糖尿病患者自我管理知识、态度、行为评价量表》《中国糖尿病患者糖尿病防治素养调查问卷》对两组患者进行问卷调查,评价其效果。结果干预前,对照组和干预组糖尿病防治素养问卷总分、自我管理知识、态度和行为评价量表总分、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白各均值比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后,对照组和干预组患者的糖尿病防治素养问卷总分分别是25.60±6.25和34.27±2.77,自我管理知识、态度和行为评价量表总分分别为270.63±44.80和298.78±24.14;空腹血糖分别是(8.18±2.13)和(6.22±1.25)mmol/L,三酰甘油分别是(2.00±1.03)和(1.55±0.50)mmol/L,总胆固醇分别是(4.93±1.10)和(4.28±1.17)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白分别是(7.61±1.63)%和(6.64±0.61)%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的健康教育干预措施能有效提升社区老年糖尿病患者的健康素养水平,增强其自我管理能力。Objective To explore the intervention effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)health education model on health literacy of elderly diabetic patients in community.Methods By the random number method,120 elderly diabetes patients who met the criteria in the community of Anyang City were collected and randomly divided into the control group(60 cases)and the intervention group(60 cases)from October to December 2020.The control group was treated with conventional health education for community elderly diabetic patients,and the intervention group was given the IMB health education model.Before and after intervention,the questionnaire survey was performed among patients in two groups by the Diabetes self-management knowledge,attitude,and behavior assessment scale and the Questionnaire on diabetes prevention and cure literacy of Chinese diabetic patients.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the total scores of diabetes prevention literacy questionnaire,the total scores of self-management knowledge,attitude and behavior evaluation scale,and the mean values of fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol and glycated hemoglobin between the control group and the intervention group(all P>0.05).After intervention,the total scores of diabetes prevention literacy questionnaire in the control group and the intervention group were 25.60±6.25 and 34.27±2.77 respectively,the total scores of self-management knowledge,attitude and behavior evaluation scale were 270.63±44.80 and 298.78±24.14 respectively,the level of fasting blood glucose was(8.18±2.13)and(6.22±1.25)mmol/L respectively,the level of triglycerides was(2.00±1.03)and(1.55±0.50)mmol/L respectively,the level of total cholesterol was(4.93±1.10)and(4.28±1.17)mmol/L respectively,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin was(7.61±1.63)%and(6.64±0.61)%respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The health education intervention measures based on the IMB model ca
