摘　　要：目的了解中国中小学生视力不良检出情况。方法通过检索中国知网、万方数据、维普数据库和PubMed数据库,检索时限均为2010年1月—2020年1月,获取关于中国中小学生视力不良检出率的原始文献,应用Stata 12.0对检出率进行meta分析。结果有35项研究被纳入,meta分析结果显示,我国中小学生视力不良检出率为53.82%(95%CI=49.20%~58.44%)。亚组分析结果显示,男、女合并检出率分别为49.64%和53.64%,北方、南方地区合并检出率分别为49.95%和55.60%。2010—2014年、2015—2020年合并检出率为52.83%和55.85%,小学、初中和高中的合并检出率分别为37.92%、68.14%和79.70%。结论中国中小学生视力不良检出率较高,防治近视,刻不容缓。Objective To understand the detection rate of poor eyesight in primary and middle school students in China.Methods By searching the CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and PubMed database,the original studies about the detection rate of poor eyesight in Chinese primary and middle school students were collected,and the retrieval time limit was from January 2010 to January 2020.Meta-analysis on the detection rate was performed using Stata12.0 software.Results A total of 35 studies were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the detection rate of poor eyesight in Chinese primary and middle school students was 53.82%(95%CI=49.20%-58.44%).The outcome of subgroup analysis showed that the combined detection rate of poor eyesight was 49.64% and 53.64% for male and female,respectively.The combined detection rate in the northern and southern region was 49.95% and 55.60%,respectively.The combined detection rate in the periods of 2010-2014 and 2015-2020 was 52.83% and 55.85% respectively.The combined detection rate in primary school,middle school and high school was 37.92%,68.14% and 79.70%,respectively.Conclusion The detection rate of poor eyesight of primary and secondary school students in China is high.It is urgent to prevent and treat myopia.
