摘 要:介绍了某城市地铁车辆用蓄电池充电机结构的开发过程,根据主电路原理提出了一种集成度高、维修性好、可靠性高的大功率蓄电池充电机结构设计方案,解决了蓄电池充电机采用自然冷却方式散热困难的问题。建立了蓄电池充电机的仿真模型,采用有限元方法对结构强度和散热进行了仿真分析,通过试验验证该结构满足产品的设计要求。This paper introduces the development process of a battery charger structure for metro vehicles in a city. According to the principle of main circuit,the structure design scheme of a high-power battery charger with high integration, good maintainability and high reliability is proposed,which solves the problem of heat dissipation difficulty in the battery charger with a natural cooling. A simulation model of the battery charger is established to simulate and analyze the structure strength and heat dissipation with the finite element method. It is verified through experiments that the structure meets the product design requirements.
