摘　　要：针对连续发生的多起HXN5型机车柴油机滚轮异常磨耗现象,通过和机车修理厂合作,对厂方内进排气滚轮装配故障件及新件的解体前后外形尺寸进行三坐标检测、材质理化分析,结合故障现象的判断,总结出各厂家滚轮装配失效的可能原因,为故障件改进提供参考。Aiming at the continuous occurrences of abnormal wear on diesel engine rollers of HXN5 locomotive,the dimensions of the inlet and exhaust roller assembling fault parts and the new parts before and after disassembly in the factory were tested with the trilinear coordinates measuring instrument, and the physical properties and chemical composition of the materials were analyzed through cooperating with the locomotive repair factories. Combining with the judgment of the failure phenomenon,the paper summarizes the possible reasons of the roller assembly failure of each manufacturer,which provide a reference for the improvement of the fault parts.
