摘 要:利用CFD软件对环境横向风影响下"V"型布置直接空冷凝汽器单元空气流动与换热性能进行数值模拟研究。对比了空冷单元迎风侧加装平行导流板与未加导流板的流场特征,探究了环境风对流场产生的不利影响以及导流板的导流机制,分析了由4种倾角与3种递减角度组合形成的不同变倾角导流板的导流效果,给出了速度场、风机吸风量、凝汽器散热量以及空气出口温度与不同倾角导流板之间的关系。结果表明,环境不利风的削弱是空气流经导流板的增压与导流板背风侧旋涡引起流动偏移的综合效果。在所研究的变倾角导流装置中,45°倾角与5°递减角度组合的导流板导流效果最佳,75°倾角与0°递减角度组合的导流效果最差。所得结果可为进一步完善导流板结构设计提供理论依据。Numerical simulation of the air flow and heat transfer performance was carried out with CFD software in "V" type direct air-cooled condenser(ACC) unit under the influence of ambient cross wind.The flow field characteristics of the air-cooled unit with and without parallel deflector were compared.The adverse influence of environmental wind on the flow field and the diversion mechanism of the deflector were investigated.The diversion effects of different variable inclination angle deflector formed by four different inclined angles and three decreasing angles layer by layer was analyzed.Meanwhile,the relations between velocity field,fan suction,condenser heat dissipation,air outlet temperature and varying inclination angle were given respectively.The results show that the adverse influence of environmental wind cross wind being weakened is due to the combined action of pressure increase caused by deflector and flow deviation with the generated vortex on the deflector leeward side.In the studied deflectors,the optimal guiding device is the combination of 45° inclination on the first layer and gradually decreasing by 5° in the latter three layers,and the worst guiding device is the combination of 75° inclination on the first layer and gradually decreasing by 0° in the latter three layers.The research results could provide guidance for further improving the structure design of deflector.
