摘  要:目的检测薄荷-荆芥不同配伍组分含药血清体外对甲型流感病毒的抑制作用。方法通过含药血清对MDCK细胞毒性的测定,计算含药血清的最大无毒剂量;通过CPE法测定甲型流感病毒TCID_(50),采用Reed-Muench氏法计算甲型流感病毒的TCID_(50),对流感病毒感染性进行测定;再运用MTT法观察薄荷-荆芥不同组分配伍组合含药血清对甲型流感病毒增殖的抑制作用。结果以薄荷挥发油-薄荷黄酮-荆芥黄酮、荆芥挥发油-薄荷黄酮-荆芥黄酮、薄荷挥发油-荆芥挥发油-荆芥黄酮不同比例配伍组分对病毒增殖的抑制作用最为明显。结论薄荷-荆芥不同配伍组分含药血清体外可以抑制流感病毒在细胞内增殖,由此可证实薄荷-荆芥作为核心药对,其不同组分配伍具有确切的抗流感病毒作用。Objective To detect the inhibitory effect of serum containing Bohe(Menthae Haplocalycis Herba)-Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba) on influenza A virus in vitro. Methods The maximal non-toxic dose was calculated by measuring the cytotoxicity of serum containing drug to MDCK cells. TCID_(50)of influenza A virus was determined by CPE method, and TCID_(50)of influenza A virus was calculated by Reed Muench method. MTT method was used to observe the inhibitory effect of serum containing different compatibility of Bohe(Menthae Haplocalycis Herba)-Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba) on influenza A virus proliferation. Results The inhibition of virus proliferation was most obvious in the different proportions of volatile oil of Bohe(Menthae Haplocalycis Herba)-flavone of Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba), volatile oil of Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba)-flavone of Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba), volatile oil of Bohe(Menthae Haplocalycis Herba)-flavone of Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba)-flavone of Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba). Conclusion The serum containing different compatibility of Bohe(Menthae Haplocalycis Herba)-Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba) can inhibit the proliferation of influenza virus in vitro, confirming that Bohe(Menthae Haplocalycis Herba)-Jingjie(Schizonepetae Herba) as the core drug pair has definite anti influenza virus effect.
