百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肾阳虚证炎症因子及热休克蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肾阳虚证炎症因子及热休克蛋白70(HSP70)水平的影响。方法选取医院2016年2月—2019年2月收治的COPD患者100例,分为两组。对照组给予祛痰、控制感染、解痉平喘等常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予百令胶囊治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组治疗前肺功能指标水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)[(1.59±0.91)L]、用力肺活量(FVC)[(2.58±0.80)L]、FEV1/FVC(50.21%±5.32%)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前炎症因子、HSP70、血清单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、α-抗胰蛋白酶(α-AT1)水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后HSP70[(23.32±4.88)ng/mL]水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-8(IL-8)[(14.25±3.98)ng/L]、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)[(1.95±0.79)ng/mL]、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)[(53.63±12.74)pg/mL]、MCP-1[(23.85±7.84)ng/mL]、α-AT1[(398.15±15.77)ng/mL]水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试问卷(CAT)评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后CAT评分[(8.14±2.17)分]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊治疗肾阳虚证COPD可改善肺功能,减轻炎性反应,调节HSP70、MCP-1、α-AT1的表达水平。Objective To analyze the effect of Bailing Capsule(百令胶囊)on inflammatory factors and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome.s Methods From February 2016 to February 2019,100 patients with COPD were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine drugs such as expectoration,infection control,anti-spasmodic and anti-asthma drugs,while the observation group was treated with Bailing Capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Result-s Result-s There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The forced re-spiratory volume(FEV1)[(2.58±0.80)L],forced vital capacity(FVC)[(1.59±0.91)L]and FEV1/FVC(50.21%±5.32%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors,HSP70,serum monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1)orα-antitrypsin(α-AT1)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of HSP70[(23.32±4.88)ng/mL]in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-8[(14.25±3.98)ng/L],IL-10[(1.95±0.79)ng/mL],IL-17[(53.63±12.74)pg/mL],MCP-1[(23.85±7.84)ng/mL]andα-AT1[(398.15±15.77)ng/mL]were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CAT score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the CAT score of the observation group[(8.14±2.17)points]was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).n Conclusion Bailing Capsule can improve lung function,reduce inflammatory reaction and regulate the expressions of HSP70,MCP-1 andα-AT1 in the treatment of kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome of COPD.
