盆炎净Ⅰ号方治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对血清炎症因子、子宫动脉血流影响

摘　　要：目的探讨盆炎净Ⅰ号方治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子、子宫动脉血流影响。方法选取妇科就诊的慢性盆腔炎患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组患者给予替硝唑葡萄糖注射液、头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给与盆炎净Ⅰ号方治疗,治疗3周,观察治疗前后中医证候积分变化,血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、降钙素原(PCT)变化,子宫动脉血流变化。结果两组患者中医证候主症及次症积分治疗后较治疗之前下降(P<0.001),且治疗后观察组积分低于对照组(P<0.001);两组患者治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、PCT水平较治疗前下降(P<0.001),且治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.001),IL-10、TGF-β1较治疗前升高(P<0.001),且治疗后观察组高于对照组(P<0.001);最大流速治疗后观察组较治疗前增加(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为86.67%(52/60),高于对照组70.00%(42/60),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆炎净Ⅰ号方治疗慢性盆腔炎能明显改善临床症状,降低促炎因子水平抑制炎症反应,调节盆腔子宫动脉血流,提高治疗疗效。e Objective To discuss the curative effect of PenyanjingⅠFormula(盆炎净Ⅰ号方)in the treatment of chronic pel-vic inflammatory disease and its influence on serum inflammatory factors and uterine artery blood flow.s Methods We collected 120 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tinidazole glucose injection and ceftriaxone sodium.The observation group on the basis combined PenyanjingⅠFormula.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.We observed the changes of TCM syn-drome scores before and after treatment,levels of hs-CRP,IL-10,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and PCT and uterine arterial blood flow.s Results Scores of the main and secondary symptoms of TCM symptoms in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.001)and the score of the observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.001).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand PCT in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.001)and the score of the observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.001).The levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.001)and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.001).The maximal flow rate was increased in the observation group after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.67%(52/60)and that of the control group was 70.00%(42/60).There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).n Conclusion In the treat-ment of chronic pelvic inflammation,PenyanjingⅠFormula can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,reduce proinflammatory factor levels,inhibit inflammatory responses and regulate pelvic uterine artery blood flow,in order to improve the curative effect.
