摘　　要：基于《黄帝内经》"脾为之使"理论,通过阐明"脾为之使"的中医含义,脾与其余四脏间的关系,尤其强调脾与心之间关系,以及从中医和现代生物学基础两方面探讨"从脾论治"冠心病的科学内涵,以期从中医传统理论角度,探讨脾与冠心病的密切关系,为"从脾论治"冠心病提供理论依据与科研思路。Based on the "spleen being the messenger" Theory in Huangdi Neijing, this article clarified the traditional Chinese medicine meaning of " spleen being the messenger" and the relationship between spleen and the other four Zang-organs,with particular emphasis on the relationship between spleen and heart. The article explored the scientific connotation on the treatment of coronary heart disease from spleen from traditional Chinese medicine and the modern biology,clarified the close relationship between spleen and coronary heart disease from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and provided theoretical basis and scientific research ideas for " treating coronary heart disease from spleen".
