摘　　要：病证结合是中西医结合研究的重要模式,是对我国传统医学模式和现代医学模式的继承与创新。通过西医辨病与中医辨证相结合,运用现代医学客观检查指标和量化手段,实现心血管疾病中医证候的客观化和规范化,揭示中医证候的宏观和微观病理生理机制,能够提高疾病诊疗水平,进一步促进中西医结合医学的发展。就影像学、实验室及组学等现代医学检查指标,对当前心血管疾病中医证候客观化研究进展作一综述,以期能为心血管疾病中西医结合诊疗模式的发展提供借鉴。The combination of disease and syndrome is an important model in the study of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The application of modern medical objective examination indexes and quantitative means to realize the objectification and standardization of TCM syndromes of cardiovascular diseases and reveal the macroscopic and microscopic pathophysiological mechanism of TCM syndromes,which can improve the level and efficacy of clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM and western medicine and further promote the development of integrated TCM and western medicine. Based on the modern medical examination indexes such as imaging,laboratory and omics,this paper summarized the current research progress in objectifying TCM syndrome types of cardiovascular diseases,in order to provide references for the development of integrated TCM and western medicine diagnosis and treatment model of cardiovascular diseases.
