补心气口服液结合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对老年慢性心力哀竭心功能及心肌重构指标影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探究补心气口服液结合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对老年慢性心力哀竭患者心功能及心肌重构指标影响。方法研究纳入126例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,均由医院2017年8月—2020年2月收治,以随机数字表法将纳入患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者(63例)采取沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,观察组患者(63例)在对照组治疗基础上联合补心气口服液治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状(心悸气短、胸肋作痛、疲倦乏力、形寒肢冷、面浮肢肿、面色晦黯等)积分变化、治疗后患者呼吸困难改善时间、胸痛改善时间及肺部湿罗音改善时间、住院时间、治疗前后患者心功能参数变化及心肌重构指标变化、血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)相关指标变化、患者不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率(93.65%,59/63)高于对照组(80.95%,51/63)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者心悸气短、胸肋作痛、疲倦乏力、形寒肢冷、面浮肢肿、面色晦黯等中医症状积分比较(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者心悸气短、胸肋作痛、疲倦乏力、形寒肢冷、面浮肢肿、面色晦黯等中医症状积分下降,观察组治疗后心悸气短、胸肋作痛、疲倦乏力、形寒肢冷、面浮肢肿、面色晦黯等积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者呼吸困难改善时间、胸痛改善时间及肺部湿罗音改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗前,心功能参数及心肌重构指标、血清基质金属蛋白酶相关指标比较(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者心功能参数及心肌重构指标、血清基质金属蛋白酶相关指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后心功能参数及心肌重构指标、血清基质金属蛋白酶相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率均较低(P>0.05)。结论补心气口服液结合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年慢性心力衰竭效果显著,患者心功能改善,心机重构指标改善,�e Objective To explore the effects of Buxinqi Oral Liquid(补心气口服液)combined with sacubatro valsartan sodi-um on cardiac function and myocardial remodeling indexes in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.s Methods A total of 126 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure from August 2017 to February 2020 were divided into control group and obser-vation group by the random number table method.The control group(63 cases)were treated with sacubatro valsartan sodium and the observation group(63 cases)added Buxinqi Oral Liquid on the basis.The clinical efficacy,integral changes of TCM symp-toms(palpitation,shortness of breath,chest pain,fatigue,cold limbs,swollen face,dark complexion,etc.)before and after treatment,improvement time of dyspnea,chest pain,lung moist rales and hospitalization time,changes of cardiac function pa-rameters and myocardial remodeling indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,changes of serum matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)related indicators and adverse reactions of patients were observed.s Results The total effective rate in the observation group(93.65%,59/63)was higher than that in the control group(80.95%,51/63)(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups’palpitation,shortness of breath,chest pain,fatigue,cold body and limbs,facial and limbs edema,dark complexion and other TCM symptom scores were not significant(P>0.05).Those of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of dyspnea,chest pain,lung moist rale and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,heart func-tion parameters and related parameters of myocardial remodeling index,serum levels of matrix metalloproteinases of two groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,heart function parameters and related parameters of myocardial remodeling in-dex,serum levels of matrix metalloproteinases of the observation group were superior to t
