摘 要:肠道微生物对中药的代谢起着重要的作用。大黄(Rheum L.)常以汤剂口服,由肠道微生物代谢为机体中更容易吸收和发挥药效的活性物质——蒽醌类化合物。大黄蒽醌类化合物主要由肠道菌群作为其代谢和吸收的场所,在人体内的药理活性一直备受关注。主要针对大黄蒽醌类化合物在人和动物肠道菌群中的代谢途径和产物进行综述,为进一步研究大黄蒽醌类化合物在体内的代谢作用机制与活性物质作用基础提供参考。Intestinal microorganisms play an important role in the metabolism of traditional Chinese medicine. Dahuang(Rhubarb) is often taken orally as decoction. It is metabolized by intestinal microbes to an active substance in the body that is easier to absorb and exert drug effects—anthraquinone compounds. Rhubarb anthraquinone compounds are mainly used by the intestinal flora as a place for their metabolism and absorption, and the pharmacological activity in the human body has received much attention. This article mainly reviewed the metabolism of rhubarb anthraquinones in the intestinal flora, summarized related metabolites, and provided a reference for further research on rhubarb anthraquinones metabolic mechanism in vivo and the basis of active substances.
