藤黄健骨胶囊在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折经皮椎体成形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察藤黄健骨胶囊联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的疗效。方法 2018年2月—2020年1月收治的108例患者随机分为对照组和研究组各54例,对照组接受PVP和常规治疗,研究组加服藤黄健骨胶囊,3个月为1个疗程。比较VAS评分、ODI评分、腰椎骨密度,行影像学检查(椎体高度、Cobb角),测定骨代谢指标(BGP、ALP、β-CTX、PINP、25-(OH)VD3),记录并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组VAS评分,ODI评分,Cobb角,血清BGP、ALP、β-CTX、T-PINP水平明显下降,椎体高度、腰椎骨密度、25-(OH)VD3明显增大(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组VAS评分,ODI评分,血清BGP、β-CTX、T-PINP更低,腰椎骨密度和25-(OH)VD3含量更高。研究组并发症发生率为5.6%,明显低于对照组的18.5%(P<0.05)。结论藤黄健骨胶囊联合PVP等常规方案治疗OVCF安全且有效。e Objective To explore the action of Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules(藤黄健骨胶囊)with PVP for osteoporotic verte-bral compression fracture(OVCF).s Methods A total of 108 patients with OVCF were enrolled from February 2018 to January 2020,and divided into observation group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received convention-al treatment+PVP and the observation group received conventional treatment+PVP+Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules.The treatment course was 3 months.VAS score,ODI score and BMD were compared,tje imaging examination was carried out(vertebral height and Cobb angle),bone metabolism indexes[ALP,BGP,β-CTX,T-PINP and 25-(OH)-VD3]were detected,and the occurrence rate of complications was recorded.s Results After treatment,the VAS score,ODI score,Cobb angle,the serum levels of BGP,ALP,β-CTX and T-PINP were lower.BMD,vertebral height and the serum level of 25-(OH)-VD3 were higher in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,VAS score,ODI score,the serum levels of BGP,β-CTX and T-PINP were lower.BMD and the serum level of 25-(OH)-VD3 were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of complications was 5.6%,which was lower than that in control group(18.5%)(P<0.05).n Conclusion-Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules combined with PVP are safe and effective for patients with OVCF.
