摘　　要：本文分析得出产业链、创新链在某一时点上可产生横向协同效应和纵向协同效应,最终形成宏观的双螺旋融合闭环。在双链协同发展对全要素生产率影响机制基础上,通过构建产业链、创新链协同度指标体系,采用复合系统协同度模型和SFA-Malmquist指数法测度中国31个省市自治区2006-2019年的双链协同度和全要素生产率,并利用EGLS和GMM两种模型分析双链协同度对全要素生产率的影响。研究发现,当前全国产业链、创新链协同度波动上升并存在"由东向中部延伸"的趋势,双链协同度主要通过促进技术进步而对全要素生产率产生显著正向影响。因此本文从建立区域产业合作机制、推动企业自主创新和发挥政府政策引导作用三方面提出了相应的政策建议,为推动双链协同并促进地区全要素生产率提供理论支撑。This paper analyzed that the industrial chain and the innovation chain can produce horizontal synergy and vertical synergy at a certain point in time,then forms a double helix fusion closed loop macroscopically.Based on the impact mechanism of the coordinated development of the dual-chain on total factor productivity,this paper established an indicator system of synergy between the industrial chain and the innovation chain,the double chain synergy and total factor productivity of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2019 was evaluated by the composite system synergy model and the SFA-Malmquist index method.The results pointed out that the synergy degree of the national industrial chain and innovation chain is rising and has a trend of"extending from the east to the middle",it also shows the dual-chain synergy has a significant positive impact on total factor productivity mainly by promoting technological progress.Based on the aforementioned findings,relevant strategies should be put forward from establishing a regional industrial cooperation mechanism,promoting independent innovation of enterprises and giving play to the guiding role of government policies.
