蒋氏后伸整脊法治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蒋氏后伸整脊法对中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:通过随机数字表法将60例中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用蒋氏后伸整脊法治疗,对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗,观察VAS评分、ODI评分的变化及临床疗效。结果:观察组VAS、ODI评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。结论:蒋氏后伸整脊法治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症可提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,减轻炎性物质的刺激作用,从而缓解腰痛症状,且操作安全,其疗效优于常规推拿,值得临床推广应用。Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Jiang’s post-extension chiropractic on central lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with central lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30) by random number table method.The observation group was treated with Jiang’s post-extension chiropractic,while control group was treated with conventional massage techniques.After the course of treatment,the changes of VAS score,ODI score and clinical efficacy were observed.Results:The improvement of VAS and ODI scores in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05);the overall response rate of observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than the control group’s 73.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiang’s post-extension chiropractic in the treatment of central lumbar disc herniation can improve the treatment effect and clinical symptoms,reduce the stimulation of inflammatory substances,so as to alleviate the symptoms of low back pain,and the operation is safe.Its curative effect is better than conventional massage,which is worthy of clinical application.
