摘　　要：高血压是严重危害人类健康的多发疾病。在临床控制血压中,推拿疗效明显且无副作用,受到大众广泛重视。随着人们对推拿的关注,其具体降压机制也被更多人研究、探索。对于推拿治疗高血压的现状,大量研究报道推拿联合针灸或单独推拿治疗高血均能有效降低患者血压,降低并发症的发生,改善生存质量。为了发挥推拿治疗原发性高血压的更多积极意义,本文主要从血管功能、中枢神经机制和RNA干扰技术机制三方面来探讨推拿治疗高血压的作用机制,以便更好指导临床推拿治疗高血压,让推拿能更有效直接地降低血压,控制血压。Hypertension is a multiple disease that seriously endangers human health.In clinical blood pressure control,Tuina has obvious curative effect and no side effects,which has received wide attention from the public.As people pay more attention to Tuina,its specific blood pressure reduction mechanism has been studied and explored by more people.Regarding the current situation of Tuina treatment of hypertension,a large number of studies have reported that Tuina combined with acupuncture or Tuina alone can effectively reduce the patient s blood pressure.reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life.In order to give full play to the more positive significance of massage in the treatment of essential hypertension,this article mainly discusses the mechanism of massage in the treatment of hypertension from three aspects:vascular function,central nervous system and RNA interference technology mechanism,so as to better guide the clinical treatment of hypertension,so that Tuina can lower blood pressure and control blood pressure more effectively and directly.
