摘  要:通过GC-ECD检测器检测得出,黄河头道拐冰封期水中∑HCH平均值为60.895 ng/L。经分析,δ-HCH是HCHs的主要残留物,占HCHs残留总量的65%。利用USEPA推荐的暴露评价模型,从饮水、食鱼和皮肤接触三个途径对HCHs的四种异构体进行了健康风险评价,结果显示HCHs的四种异构体中,δ-HCH的致癌风险质量分数最大;HCHs综合致癌风险值为1.46×10^(-4);食鱼途径为主要的致癌风险来源,其综合致癌风险值为1.22×10^(-4);HCHs综合非致癌风险值为0.391。The GC-ECD detector finds that the average value of∑HCH in freezing period of the first Bent of Yellow River was 60.895 ng/L.δ-HCH was the main residue of HCHs,accounting for 65%of the total residue of HCHs.Using the exposure assessment model recommended by USEPA,the health risk of four HCHs isomers was analyzed from three ways:drinking water,eating fish and skin contact.The results showed that of the four isomers of HCHs,δ-HCH had the highest carcinogenic risk mass fraction,combined cancer risk of HCHs was 1.46×10^(-4).Fish-eating was the major cancer risk source with HCHs combined cancer risk of 1.22×10^(-4).The combined non-cancer risk of HCHs is 0.391.
