摘　　要：介绍水泥固化自动计量控制系统的工作流程,基于三段进料法,提出适用于水泥固化系统的自动计量控制系统。投运结果表明:该计量控制系统能够满足水泥固化系统对计量精度的要求,测试计量精度达到±1%。The work flow of auto-metering control system for cement solidification was introduced,and an auto-metering control system for cement solidification system based on three-stage feeding method was proposed.The operation results show that,the system proposed can meet the cement solidification system in accurately metering the cement and the metering accuracy can reach±1%.
