摘 要:高压差液体介质流量控制工况用控制阀易产生闪蒸汽蚀,其设计难点在于介质压降的合理分配。以刻槽式内件降压控制阀为研究对象,基于计算流体动力学方法对其进行流量、压力场和速度场研究,并将数值模拟结果与试验值相结合,研究孔板降压模型对于刻槽式内件压降计算的适应性。结果表明:通过合理的边界条件设置,数值模拟值与试验值具有较高的吻合度,可较好地反映阀门的流场特性;通过对刻槽式内件的数值模拟与孔板压降计算结果可以得出相近的压降分布趋势;刻槽式内件产生的冲蚀破坏主要集中在消能室台阶处,随着开度的降低冲蚀破坏有向消能室二级台阶与阀芯交汇处转移的趋势。The valves for high differential pressure liquid flow control conditions are prone to generate flash vaporization and cavitation,the difficulty of its design lies in the reasonable distribution of pressure drop.Through taking pressure drop control valve with the grooved internals as a research object and having the computational fluid dynamics method based,the flow rate,pressure field,and velocity field were studied,in addition,the combination of numerical simulation results and the experimental values was implemented to investigate adaptability of the orifice-plate pressure drop model to the pressure drop calculation of the grooved internals.The research results show that,the numerical simulation value and the experimental value have a high degree of agreement through reasonable setting of boundary conditions,which can better reflect flow field characteristics of the valve;the results of the numerical simulation of the grooved internals and the calculation of the pressure drop of the orifice plate show a similar pressure drop distribution trend;the cavitation damage incurred by the grooved internals mainly concentrates at steps of the energy dissipation chamber,and with the decrease of the opening,the cavitation damage tends to transfer to the intersection of the energy dissipation chamber’s second step and the valve core.
