摘　　要：小儿脏腑娇嫩,或正气不足,或感受他因,或施治不当,均可使正不胜邪,邪气传变入里,或产生他变,且传变过程非常迅速而深重。为了正确及时施治,临床用药最重要的是辨别病机,注意各疾病、证型的个体差异和联系,从而抓住病情关键,及时诊治。临床上常常不同疾病选用相同方剂或治法,这不仅限于成人,在小儿中也可发现。通过对《中医儿科学》主证主方进行整理归纳,结合小儿的生理特点及异病同治在中医儿科学的运用,分析小儿异病同治的用方思维。Children’s delicate Zang-Fu organs, or lack of healthy Qi, or involved by other causes, or improper treatment, can make healthy weak and evil excess, and evil Qi can be transmitted into the body, or produce other changes, and the transmission process is very rapid and profound. In order to treat correctly in time, the most important thing for clinical medication is to identify the pathogenesis and pay attention to the individual differences and connections of various diseases and syndrome types, so as to grasp the key to the disease and make timely diagnosis and treatment. Clinically, different diseases often use the same prescription or treatment, which is not only limited to adults, but also can be found in children. Through the arrangement and summary of the main syndrome of Pediatrics of traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with the physiological characteristics of children and the application of the same treatment of different diseases in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine, the author analyzed the thinking of the same treatment of different diseases in children.
