综合护理干预联合健脾活血汤对血小板减少症的临床疗效及患者血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究探讨综合护理干预联合健脾活血汤治疗血小板减少症的临床疗效及患者血清学指标的影响。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月医院收治的116例血小板减少症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各58例。对照组给予健脾活血汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加综合护理干预。对两组患者的临床疗效、血清学指标、生活质量、护理满意度等进行评估比较。结果观察组总有效率为91.38%(53/58),高于对照组患者为75.86%(44/58)(P<0.05)。治疗干预后观察组患者的血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗干预后观察组患者的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时观察组护理满意度为93.10%(54/58),高于对照组患者为79.31%(46/58)(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预联合健脾活血汤治疗血小板减少症的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的血清学指标,提升患者的生活质量,改善患者的护理满意度,值得临床推荐。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with Jianpi Huoxue Decoctionin the treatment of thrombocytopenia and the influence of serum indexes. Methods A total of 116 patients with thrombocytopenia in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 58 cases in each group. The control group was given Jianpi Huoxue Decoction, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serological indicators, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.38%(53/58), which was higher than 75.86%(44/58) of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of platelet count(PLT), hemoglobin(HB) and albumin(ALB) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). At discharge, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.10%(54/58), which was higher than 79.31%(46/58) of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of thrombocytopenia is significant, which can improve the serological indicators of patients, the quality of life of patientsand the nursing satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
