中医护理干预血液病化疗所致消化道反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预对血液病化疗所致消化道反应的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月医院收治的接受化疗的血液病患者100例,分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医护理。比较两组患者消化道反应发生情况和护理满意度。结果观察组消化道反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理能减少血液病化疗过程中产生的消化道反应,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine care on gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy for patients with hematopathy. Methods From January 2019 to December due to hematopathy in hospital after chemotherapy, 100 cases were divided into observation group and controlled group with 50 cases in each group. The controlled group’s patients were given routine nursing and those of the observation group were given nursing program of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the controlled group. We observed two group’s gastrointestinal reactions and the satisfaction. Results The gastrointestinal reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine care can reduce the gastrointestinal reaction in the process of chemotherapy of blood diseases and improve nursing satisfaction.
