摘 要:为改善石墨烯导电油墨的导电性及其电催化性能,在含有Ag^(+)和氧化石墨(GO)的溶液中加入一定量的还原试剂(硼氢化钠),在获得还原石墨烯(RGO)的同时在其表面生成纳米Ag颗粒,制得的载银石墨烯(Ag-RGO)具有良好的水溶性;以羧甲基纤维素钠为粘结剂,可得到稳定的水溶性油墨。将油墨打印在聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜基底上,在N_(2)气氛中于350℃热处理2 h,其电导率达到5.2×10^(3)S/m。打印电极的电流密度在N_(2)饱和的0.2 mol/L PBS(p H=7.4)中与H_(2)O_(2)的浓度成线性关系(线性范围0.3~3.5 mmol/L);在未除氧的0.1 mol/L NaOH电解液中与葡萄糖的浓度成线性关系(线性范围0.04~0.2 mmol/L),均表现出高的灵敏度。To improve the conductivity and electrocatalytic performance of graphene conductive ink,Na BH_(4) is used as a reducing agent to simultaneously reduce Ag^(+) and graphite oxide(GO)to obtain silver-loading graphene(Ag-RGO).The obtained Ag-RGO has a good water solubility.Using Ag-RGO as conductive phase,and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as binder,a stable water-soluble conductive ink is obtained.The conductive ink is printed on a polyimide film as an electrode that gains a conductivity of 5.2×10^(3)S·m^(-1)after heating at 350℃for 2 hours in N_(2) atmosphere.The printed electrode shows high sensitivity for both of H_(2)O_(2)and glucose.The current density is linearly related to the concentration of H_(2)O_(2)in N_(2)saturated 0.2 M PBS(p H=7.4)solution with a linear range of 0.3-3.5 m M,and the concentration of glucose in 0.1 M Na OH without deoxygenation,with a linear range of 0.04-0.2 m M.
