摘　　要：骨膜骨肉瘤(periosteal osteosarcoma,PO)是一种罕见的中等恶性的骨肿瘤,约占所有骨肉瘤的不到2%。大多数临床医师对骨膜骨肉瘤的诊疗缺乏经验。本文报道1例采用瘤段切除灭活再植联合化疗治疗胫骨骨膜骨肉瘤病例,并结合文献复习,总结骨膜骨肉瘤的流行病学特征、发病特点、诊疗经验,为该病的诊疗提出建议。Periosteal osteosarcoma(PO)is a rare and moderately malignant bone tumor,accounting for less than 2%of all osteosarco⁃ma.Therefore,most clinicians lack experience in the diagnosis and treatment of periosteal osteosarcoma.This article reported a patient who received tumor segment resection,inactivation and replantation combined with chemotherapy for tibial periosteal osteosarcoma,additionally gave a literature review on this topic to summarizes the epidemiological and incidence characteristics,diagnosis and treatment experience of periosteal osteosarcoma,and supply recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
