摘　　要："医养结合"养老是兼顾医院和养老院两者优势的现代新型养老方式,是医中设养、医养合作、医养结合的新型体验方式。"医养结合"养老模式可以有效解决目前我国人口老龄化日益严重、老年病患人员数目增多的情况。而中医针灸推拿疗法在"医养结合"方面具有独特的优势,其发展前景广阔。本文对"医养结合"养老模式下中医针灸推拿疗法在社区中的应用进行综述,以期提高中医疗法在社区"医养结合"养老模式中的应用,促进社区老年健康品质,加强中医疗法的推广。"Medical-care-support" is an emerging therapeutic intervention that takes into account both advantages of hospital and nursing homes. The "medical support" model can effectively solve the current situation that China’s aging population is increasing rapidly, as well as the number of elderly patients. The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage therapy has unique advantages in the "combination of medical care and nutrition" and has a great future. This article reviews the application of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the community under the module of "medical-care-support", hoping it can make the application of the traditional Chinese medicine method better, to improve the quality of aged people’s health and promote the popularization of the traditional Chinese medical method.
