临床治疗胆绞痛的针刺选穴规律分析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析目前针刺治疗胆绞痛的选穴方法,总结针刺治疗本病的选穴规律。方法:搜索"中国知网"、"万方数据知识服务平台"、"维普中文期刊服务平台"中40年来有关针刺治疗胆绞痛的文献,建立Excel数据库,分析现代研究治疗本病的选穴规律。结果:根据分析发现,目前临床研究选取腧穴最常用的穴位为阳陵泉、胆囊穴、胆俞、日月、足三里;选取穴位所属经脉主要为足少阳胆经、足厥阴肝经、足太阳膀胱经;选取的特定穴主要为五腧穴、下合穴、八会穴。结论:针刺治疗胆绞痛的核心穴位为阳陵泉、胆囊穴、胆俞、日月、足三里,可作为临床基础穴位治疗本病。Objective: To summarize the rule of acupuncture selection for the treatment of biliary colic by analyzing the current selection methods of acupuncture for treatment of biliary colic. Methods: Through searched the "China Knowledge Network", "Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform", "Vip Chinese Journal Service Platform" for 40 years of literature on acupuncture treatment of biliary colic to establish Database by Excel, and analyzed the rule of selecting acupoints in modern research and treatment of this disease. Results: According to the analysis, the most commonly used acupoints selected by current clinical research are Yanglingquan(GB-34), Gallbladder(EX-LE-6), Danshu(BL-19), Riyue(GB-24), Zusanli(ST-36);the meridians of the selected acupoints are mainly Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang, Meridian of Foot-Jueyin, and Meridian of Foot-Taiyang;the selected specific points are mainly Five-shu points, lower He-sea Points and Eight Converging Points. Conclusion: The core points for acupuncture treatment of biliary colic are Yanglingquan, Gallbladder, Danshu, Riyue and Zusanli, which can be used as basic clinical acupoints for the treatment of this disease.
