摘　　要：邻避冲突是特定社会环境下个体间相互影响、相互作用而涌现出来的一种群体行为,群体冲突与个体诱发的研究路径割裂了个体与群体的互动关系。以信息茧房为分析视角,按照个体层面信息输入—群体层面信息交互的理路构建分析框架,并通过对连云港反核事件的案例剖析,揭示网络时代邻避集群行为演化的内在机理。研究发现:个体信息输入层面,信息搜集时的信息窄化、智能推送的信息过滤和评估时的观念强化构筑了个体的"邻避茧房";群体信息交互层面,网络平台的汇聚效应实现了邻避个体到邻避虚拟群体的建立;信息茧房诱发了群体认同、内群体极化的形成与融合,导致了邻避集群行为的产生。本研究丰富了邻避研究的视角,突破了群体冲突和个体诱发的研究范式,为邻避冲突的解决提供了新的治理视角。NIMBY is a group behavior emerging from the interaction between individuals in a specific environment.The research path of group conflict and individuals triggering has severed the interaction between individuals and groups.Using the information cocoon as the analysis perspective,the analysis framework is constructed according to the rationale of individual-level information input and group-level information interaction,and the case study of the Lianyungang anti-nuclear incident is used to reveal the inner mechanism of the evolution of NIMBY behavior in the Internet age.It finds that at the level of individual information input,the narrowing of information during information gathering,the filtering of information through intelligent pushing and the reinforcement of perception during evaluation build the individual’s“NIMBY cocoon houses”;at the level of group information interaction,the convergence effect of the network platform achieves the establishment of NIMBY individuals to NIMBY virtual groups.The information cocoon induces the formation and integration of group identity,inner group polarization a,leading to the emergence of NIMBY behaviors.This research enriches the perspectives of NIMBY,breaking through the research paradigm of group conflicts and individuals,and providing a new governance perspective for the resolution of NIMBY.
