摘 要:针对圆形封闭式储煤场盘煤效率低、精度不高的问题,设计了多点激光扫描3D点云模型成像的自动盘煤系统。通过在穹顶仓内部空间合理布置激光扫描仪,对仓内存煤料堆进行全覆盖扫描,然后利用德内洛三角建模算法,将获取的三维点云进行三角建模运算,使采集的点云数据形成可编辑网格图形,再基于微积分算法将所有网格图形进行体积计算,最后得到整体煤堆体积,由此算出煤场内的储煤量。该盘煤系统在神宝能源储装中心穹顶仓煤场工程应用,解决了穹顶仓储煤场盘煤系统的协调规划及点云处理关键技术难题,实现了储煤场的高效、精准盘煤。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy of coal palletizing in circular closed coal storage yard,an automatic coal palletizing system based on multi-point laser scanning 3D point cloud model imaging is designed.By reasonably arranging laser scanners in the inner space of the dome silo,the coal pile in the silo is scanned with full coverage,and then the three-dimensional point cloud obtained is used for trigonometric modeling operation by using the de Nello triangle modeling algorithm,so that the collected point cloud data can form an edited grid figure,and then the volume of all grid figures is calculated based on the calculus algorithm,so as to obtain the overall yard volume,thus,the coal storage in the coal yard can be calculated.The system has successfully operated in the dome coal yard of Shenbao energy storage and loading center,and solved the key technical problems of coordination planning and point cloud processing of the coal tray system in the dome coal yard.The high efficiency and precision of coal storage yard is realized.
